***CANCELLATION POLICY***

Sugar U LLC requires 24-hour notice on all cancelled or rescheduled appointments.  Any appointments cancelled within 12 hours of your appointments will result in a $20 booking fee to be applied to the account and payable at the time of the next scheduled visit.

Same day cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows will result in 50% of service cost to be charged to the card on file. If paying in cash, the charge will be due prior to service. To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must reach out to the salon directly.  Failure to confirm your appointment does NOT cancel the appointment, nor does responding to the automated email or text. This only acts as a courtesy reminder; direct communication is required.

You can call or text the salon at 216-758-1792 or email sugarullc@gmail.com.  Please leave a message if it is after hours. Repeated last-minute cancellations will require future appointments to be prepaid.  We appreciate your understanding.

***GROUPON POLICY***

While we understand the value of a good deal, our Groupon offer is meant for new clients only.  As we document Groupon redemptions, we want to remind clients that Sugar U LLC will only honor one Groupon single and/or package per client. Our ‘cancellation policy’ applies to Groupon vouchers as well; therefore late cancellation/no-show will result in forfeiture of single Groupon/ one Groupon from pack.  We appreciate your understanding.
